Privacy policy
This covers this website only: what it collects when you visit it or send the contact form. It does not cover the SavidorHR application itself, which your employer operates and whose data your employer controls.
Last updated 25 September 2026.
What is collected
Two things, and nothing else.
- What you type into the contact form. Whether you are a company or an investor, your name, work email, company, headcount, which modules interest you, and your message. Nothing in that form is required except the fields marked so, and there is no field on it that is not used to answer you.
- Anonymous usage statistics, but only if you agree. Google Analytics, which records things like which pages were opened and roughly which country the visit came from. It does not run at all until you accept it, and if you decline, the script is never loaded. See the cookies policy.
Why, and on what basis
Form details are used to reply to you and for no other purpose. They are not sold, rented, shared with advertisers, or added to a marketing list. The lawful basis is your own request: you filled in a form asking to be contacted. Analytics runs on consent, which is why it asks first.
Who else sees it
Form submissions are stored by Netlify, which hosts this site, and are emailed on to us by Netlify. Analytics data, if you accepted it, goes to Google. Both are processors acting on our instructions. Nobody else receives any of it.
How long it is kept
Enquiries are kept while the conversation is live and for up to twenty four months afterwards, so that we can pick up a thread you started. After that they are deleted. Analytics is kept for the period Google Analytics is configured to retain it.
Your rights
You can ask what is held about you, ask for it to be corrected, or ask for it to be deleted, and you can withdraw consent to analytics at any time by declining it again. Ask through the contact form and it will be actioned. Under the Nigeria Data Protection Act 2023 you may also complain to the Nigeria Data Protection Commission. If you are in the UK or the EU, the UK GDPR and GDPR give you the same rights and a route to your own supervisory authority.
Transfers
Netlify and Google are based outside Nigeria, so enquiries and analytics are processed abroad. Both publish the safeguards they use for international transfers.
Children
This site sells workplace software to organisations. It is not directed at children and does not knowingly collect anything from them.
