Guided calling

The queue decides who is called next, not the caller

A caller opens the queue and gets one lead. No browsing, no cherry picking. Skipping one takes a reason, and the reason is recorded.

  • Promises come first. Then today's due calls, then leads never rung, newest first.
  • Five attempts, at five different times. Five calls all made at ten in the morning miss the same person five times.
  • It is their list, not the company's. A telemarketer never lands on a lead another consultant has in negotiation.

The script

Your best caller's conversation, available to everybody

The script is a branching graph, not a laminated card. The caller taps what the person actually said and the system picks what comes next.

  • No call ends in nothing. Only do not call and wrong number close a lead for good.
  • Parked is not pending. Someone wanting a house you do not sell is parked against the day you have it, and counted as demand.
  • Edited without a developer. Change the pitch once and every caller has it on the next call.
  • The next step becomes real work. It lands on somebody's task list, not in a note nobody reads.

Signed money, kept apart from hoped for money

Most CRMs answer "what is the pipeline worth" with one number that quietly adds a signed contract to a salesperson's optimism. You get two, and they are never added together.

  • Committed is real. Traced to the payment schedule, with instalment dates and what has been paid.
  • Expected is labelled a forecast, on a screen that says so in plain words.
  • Leadership configures nothing. Settings belong to your administrator. This view answers when money arrives and from whom.
  • Raise a concern against a figure. It stays open until everyone asked has answered, not just the first to reply.

Automation

The work that happens when nobody is looking

All of it ships switched off. A CRM that starts moving leads on day one is a CRM nobody trusts by day three.

Leads route themselves

By rotation, to whoever is carrying least, or to a named person.

Stalled approvals get chased

A reminder to whoever holds it, then escalation a level up.

Rot is found before it matters

Cold leads, stuck deals and tomorrow's inspections surface on their own.

Nobody is nagged twice

Once per thing per day, however often the checks run. People switch automation off because it shouted.

Paid social leads arrive instantly

By signed webhook, checked and deduplicated. CSV import covers the same path.

Calls become follow ups

The task writes itself, owned by the right person, dated.

The unglamorous parts

Why the data is still trustworthy in year three

One person, one record

Numbers compared in full international form, so a Lagos and a London number sharing ten digits stay two people.

History that does not move

A deal keeps its currency and the rate as it stood that day. Last year's report reads the same today.

A bad rate is parked, not applied

A jump past the threshold waits for a human. A feed having a bad day cannot reprice your pipeline.

"Why can I not see that lead?"

Your administrator picks any user and sees exactly what they can reach, without signing in as them.

Permission down to the person

One capability granted or denied to one individual, and every change logged with who made it.

Help where the question is

A guide per module written for the reader's role, and empty screens that explain how work arrives.

We will take a slice of your real pipeline and show you what the queue does with it tomorrow morning.
